Our Founder
Hi, I’m Jessica.
I’m a Hudson resident, wife, mom, and the founder of Pep Collective.
Pep Collective was born from a simple frustration: I could never find local apparel that felt like something I would genuinely choose to wear beyond game day.
I wanted pieces that reflected the pride people have in their communities while still feeling distinctive, wearable, and thoughtfully made.
Every collection starts with the same question:
Would I be excited to wear this if it didn’t represent a place I love?
If the answer isn’t yes, it doesn’t make the cut.

It Started in Hudson.
Pep Collective began in Hudson, Ohio — with an idea that hometown apparel could be better.
So we started here: watching the sidelines, paying attention to the traditions and details that make this community its own, and designing pieces we’d want to wear whether we were headed to a game or nowhere near one.
Hudson is where Pep started. It won’t be where it stops.
